The project is digitally documenting all <em>c<\/em>. 640 examples of ogham writing in all media, from its origin (probably in the 4<sup>th<\/sup> century) until the mid-19<sup>th<\/sup> century, from Ireland, Britain and Man. The documentation goes beyond stone monuments and includes also portable objects, graffiti, and two-dimensional ogham writing in manuscripts from the 8<sup>th<\/sup> to the 19<sup>th<\/sup> centuries.
