*Widame (Proto-Celtic ‘we found out’) is a conference at Maynooth University exploring upcoming themes in postgraduate research in Celtic Studies, past and present. We would like to invite Master’s and PhD researchers to submit an abstract (c. 200 words) and short biography to widame.maynooth@gmail.com <\/strong>for a 15-20 minute presentation covering any research topic of their choice, from fields like: History, Linguistics, Palaeography, Archaeology, Ecocriticism, etc. Submissions by PhDs in the later stages of their degree programme will be prioritised. The deadline for submissions is April 25th, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference takes place Friday, November 7th, 2025, at the Iontas Building, Maynooth University (Room 1.33).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
